You might well of seen a recent news report in Autosport announcing Damien's intention of taking Legacy to the USA to take on the worlds most famous hillclimb at Pikes Peak. This hillclimb is a 12.4 mile climbe that rises 14,000 ft above sea level. Obviously, Legacy is having to be reworked to enable it to cope with the demands of the change in altitude during the climb and will include changes to the cooling system, turbo interchanger and engine mapping. Damien comments, "It's quite a challenge but this is any hillclimb driver's ultimate dream and one that I had always set my sights on achieving with Legacy."
We'll be releasing more information about this project over the coming weeks so if you'd like our monthly updates or more information about collaborating with us on the project, please sign up for our Legacy newsletter and we'll keep you in the loop.
